Encapsulating a Crawl Space in Wilmington, NC
Challenge
Carolyn contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture issues along with sagging floors at her Wilmington, NC home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Jeremie met with Carolyn to go over the crawl space of the home and address the issues that she was concerned about. The home sat never a retention pond that made the crawl space prone to having a high moisture level in the crawl space that had caused the wood in the crawl space to start to break down.
