Challenge
Doug Langston’s basement would fill up with water every time it rained and it took days some times weeks for the basement to dry out. Mr. Langston could not utilize his basement to store anything for fear of whatever he put in the basement would be destroyed by water. Mold had begun to form all over the basement and because of all the moisture he could tell that the floor of the house was in danger of being damaged.
Solution
Mr. Langston found Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space on the web and saw that we could waterproof his basement with the Super Sump and Water Guard Port. After just two days of great work by George Herring and Pedro Ramirez installing a Super Sump, Water Guard Port, and fifteen feet of drainage pipe Mr. Langston was able to use his basement without fear of having items damaged.
