Challenge

Mrs. R. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space complaining of cracked walls in her basement, and running water flooding her basement due to all the recent heavy rain.

Solution

In this Robbins, NC home, our team installed push piers to fix the cracked walls. We removed and replaced concrete. Installed WaterGuard, MillCreek flooring, carpet flooring, and ZenWall to turn this ugly and problematic basement into a beautiful usable space that can be enjoyed for many years to come.
