Challenge

Anthony and Debbie contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space after their pest control company tried to sell them a vapor barrier.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Anthony and Debbie to go over their crawl space. Even though the crawl space did not have an extremely high moisture level under the home they where in the beginning stages of having mold growth. It was recommended that they have a CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed in their home. Larry Eldridge and crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which included CleanSpace 10 mil Liner, SaniDry CX, SaniDry Condensate Pump, Custom Built Door and used Mold-X Neutralizer to get rid of the beginning growth of the mold. Anthony and Debbie are extremely happy with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did.
