Iris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after doing research online about why the insulation in her crawl space was falling.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Iris to go over the crawl space problem she was experiencing. Graham expained that the falling insulation and wood problems that the home was experiencing was due to high moisture level in the crawl space and by having the crawl space encapsulated with CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to lower the moisture level to a safe level to fix the issues. Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed 3 Smart Jacks to fix a few areas that had been destroyed by the wet conditions, the crew also installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to ensure that the home would no longer experience issues due to high moisture level. Iris is happy that her home is fixed properly.
