Getting Rid of a Nasty Crawl Space with CleanSpace in Pinetown, NC

Challenge

Jason called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after he noticed some moisture behind a wall of the home and he went into the crawl space of the home. He found a old liner in spots that did not cover up the floor of the crawl space floor, moldy and rotting wood and condensation on the HVAC duct work. He really wanted a solution to the moisture in the crawl space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Jason to see what kind of problems he was experiencing. Chris found that the crawl space of the home was vented and there was no protection from the outside elements from entering the crawl space. The problems that Jason was experiencing was caused by water damage and high humidity in the crawl space. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which protects the crawl space from outside influences like water, high humidity, rodents. and bugs.
