Challenge

Jeff contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had transformed the garage to a bedroom and the bedroom was now cold and wanted to see about what we could do to make the bedroom warmer.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Jeff to go over the best way that we could help keep the bedroom warm. Randy found that the crawl space under the once garage did not have any insulation and that the coldness in the room was coming from the crawl space of the home. Randy suggested that we install a CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with our SilverGlo to insulate the crawl space to keep the warmth in and the coldness out. Our crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with our SilverGlo to keep the area warm. Jeff is happy that he chose to call Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair, now he has a nice warm bedroom.
