Transforming an Old Farm House Crawl Space in Rowland, NC

Challenge

Craig called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting help with his old farm house that he had noticed had high moisture and mold growth in the crawl space that he wanted to be addressed.

Solution

SEFR inspector RJ Bailey met with Craig to go over the crawl space of his older home. Our crew installed our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, Removed debris under the home, and sprayed the home with Mold-X 2 to get rid of the mold in the crawl space. Craig is happy that he chose Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for the repairs to the crawl space of his home.
