Transforming a Crawl Space with CleanSpace and SmartJacks in Sealevel, NC

Judy contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about her home that was experiencing sagging floors and wanted to know the best solution to fix the sagging floors of her home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Judy to go over the crawl space and the floor issues of his home. Justin found that the crawl space of the home had high humidity and that the floor joist of the crawl space had started to give due to the high humidity. Our crew installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using our 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, a SmartSump, a UltraSump with Battery Backup, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. We also installed our SmartJack System to reinforce the floor joist of the home and fix the sagging floors of the home.
