Crawl Space Encapsulation Installed in Ceder Island, NC

Kelly's home in Ceder Island, NC was experiencing water problems in the crawl space, she was also experiencing sagging floors in the kitchen of the home and wanted to know the best solution to fix the home. The crawl space of the home had a lot of debris and standing water; causing high humidity which started to rot the wood in the crawl space of the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Kelly to determine the best solution for her particular problem. Chris found that the water in the crawl space had entered the crawl space from a busted pipe. The damage that the water had caused was extensive. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, sealing off the crawl space of the home from water and water vapor from entering the crawl space. We also replaced rotting floor joists and installed SmartJacks in the home to stabilize the floor. Kelly is thrilled that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help her with her crawl space needs.
