Encapsulating a Home and Guest House in Lakeview, NC

Challenge

Kenneth called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair requesting us to look at the crawl space of his main home and guest home. Both the main home and guest house had high moisture levels and standing water. Kenneth wanted to know more about the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System after hearing about it from a friend.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Kenneth to go over both crawl spaces. Graham found that both crawl spaces did in fact have high moisture due to standing water in the crawl space. He recommend that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair remove the old 6 mil plastic liner that was installed in the crawl spaces and replace it with our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner as part of our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. We did a full encapsulation on both the main home and guest house using our CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SmartSump, and SaniDry CX. Kenneth is thrilled that he went with Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to fix his home and guest house the right way, the first time.
