Jamey contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after purchasing a 150 year old home that had been neglected for several years. The home had many issues in the crawl space of the home, including rotting wood, old leaking pipes, and wet falling insulation that was soaking wet that had mold growing throughout it and the wood.

Solution

The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System is designed to encapsulate a dirt crawl space preventing high humidity that causes mold spores, odors, and a breeding ground for unwanted critters.
