Challenge
Kevin contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after Hurricane Matthew destroyed parts of southeastern North Carolina. Kevin had been battling problems with high moisture, foundation issues, concrete problems.
Solution
Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair found that most of the issues that Kevin was experiencing was coming from the crawl space. The crawl space had a thin plastic layer on top of the ground, however it did nothing to help the crawl space fight off the high humidity that most dirt crawl space have. We were able to help Kevin by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System completely seals off the crawl space of the home from outside elements like air and water from entering the crawl space along with groundwater seepage.
