Larry and his wife Peggy where concerned about the condition of of the crawl space of their home. They had noticed sagging floors, cracks in the drywall in the interior of the home, and a weird smell coming from the crawl space of the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Larry and his wife by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System eliminate the damp environment of the crawl space in which mold thrives and reproduces. BEFORE the crawl space had a thin plastic liner that did nothing to fix the moisture issues in the crawl space of the home.

BEFORE parts of the crawl space did not have a vapor barrier installed causing major issues in the crawl space.

AFTER the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System was installed using the 10 mil CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, along with a SmartSump and SaniDry CX installed.
