Challenge

Jack contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after we had previously installed the SmartJack System in the home. After having the SmartJack System installed Jack had noticed that he was still experiencing problems with soft floors and decided to give us a call back.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector met with Jack and found that Jack's problems where coming from high moisture levels in the crawl space and that the best solution to permanently fix his issues from further problems down the road would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. BEFORE the crawl space of the home had high moisture levels causing problems with soft floors of the home.

AFTER the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System had been installed using 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SmartSump and a SaniDry Sedona.

AFTER the Crawl Space had been outfitted with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The system is designed to lower the humidity in the crawl space to protect the home from things like mold and wood rot.
