John contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having another company install a vapor barrier that he was not very happy with in New Bern, NC. John previously had a company install a vapor barrier system that was made of thin plastic and really didn't do anything to protect his home from moisture or humidity. They did not install a dehumidifier to help lower the humidity which had caused problems with the home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Since the HVAC system was not located in the crawl space of the home, we installed the liner straight up the walls instead of adding SilverGlo Insulation. We also installed the Sedona dehumidifier which lowers the humidity and moisture content and a Smart Sump Pump System to ensure a nice, dry crawl space. John is extremely happy with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to remedy his crawl space issues.
