After discovering standing water in the crawl space and draining it on their own, a Goldsboro, NC homeowner contacted us for a free estimate. First thing Josh noticed when inspecting the crawl space was standing water in a flower bed in front of the home. When inspecting the interior crawl space, Josh discovered standing water at different points. He also discovered damp insulation falling from the ceiling due to high moisture and humidity levels. He also noticed that the ground was saturated and the walls were damp, both of which were consistent with water infiltration. Additionally, Josh saw mold and mildew in the crawl space, further indicating that water was entering from the outside.
Josh discussed his findings with the homeowner once he completed his thorough inspection, and recommended a solution that would permanently fix these issues. To solve these problems, the crew first removed all the wet and damaged debris.
