Dry Trac and Sump Pump

Challenge

Home owner was having settlement issues with the concrete pad in his garage/basement. Settlement was causing water to come into the garage area.

Solution

Inspector Graham Moore met with the home owner. He advised that dry trak and a sump pump needed to be installed to cure any future water seepage into the garage/basement area. Our basement finishing crew installed the dry trak and sump pump with drainage to the outside of the home. Home owner has been very pleased and has not had any water issues since installation.
