Stacy, NC Basement Waterproofing

Challenge

Jamie contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair worried about the basement of her historical home in Stacy, NC. The basement of the home was experiencing flooding issues from water entering the basement through the basement walls around the foundation. During heavy rain Jamie said that the basement would flood so bad that the basement resembled a swimming pool.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Jamie with her basement by installing the WaterGuard Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Sump Pump System to pump any water that the WaterGuard System trapped out of the basement and into a designated area in the yard and a SaniDry XP Dehumidifier System to get rid of water vapor in the basement. Jamie is thrilled with the outcome of the WaterGuard System that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed to keep the basement dry and free of water.
