Waterproofing the Basement in Orrum, NC

Judy contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after Hurricane Matthew came though. She had issues of water entering the basement of the home from the walls around where the walls and floor meet. We were able to help Judy with her basement water issues by installing the WaterGuard Waterproofing System.

Solution

The WaterGuard Waterproofing System is a specially designed piping system that is engineered specifically to be a very efficient, long lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system . The WaterGuard sits on top of the footing , instead of along the footing that will no clog, had a built in ⅜ inch gap between the floor and wall to drain wall leakage, and does not cause structural damage to the foundation. Judy is happy with the WaterGuard System that was installed in her basement, now she can use her basement as storage without worry of being damaged by water.
