Challenge

Gina contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about water in the basement portion of her home along with have a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space of the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Gina by installing the WaterGuard System around the outside wall perimenter of the basement and doing a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System in the crawl space potation of the crawl space. The WaterGuard System that was installed is designed to capture water entering the basement from the exterior walls and pumping the water back out into a designated area of the year. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System protects the crawl space from water entering the crawl space from exterior walls and from the earths ground by installing a durable microbial liner that water can not penetrate. Gina is happy with the work done by SEFR to the basement and crawl space of her home.

AFTER the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed in the crawl space portion of the home. We used a the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner and SilverGlo to provide a superior protection in the heating and cool cost along with water from the outside elements.

AFTER the WaterGuard System was installed along the inside perimeter of the basement of the home. The WaterGuard System is designed to catch any water that would end the basement from the walls and pump them out into a designed area of the yard.

BEFORE the crawl space of the home did not have any protection against outside elements like water and air from entering the crawl space of the home.

BEFORE the basement portion of the home had water issues from water seeping though the walls and onto the floor of the basement.
