We were contacted by a returning customer to schedule a free basement waterproofing inspection due to a water intrusion problem they had every time it rained. As Larry inspected the customer's foundation walls, he found small cracks, humid conditions, and inadequate support posts. After discussing his findings with the homeowner, he proposed a plan to eliminate these issues for good. Larry suggested a combination of waterproofing and structural reinforcement to restore the foundation. The homeowner was pleased with the proposed plan and agreed to move forward with the repairs.
