Thomas called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the walkway leading up the to front of his home had sunkin. Our own Chris Hunter met with Thomas to find out if we could fix the walkway. With our PolyLevel System we where able to lift Thomas walkway back level.
There were uneven and unsafe sidewalks outside this Jacksonville, NC church. Our solution was to inject PolyLevel to lift and level the sidewalk permanently to ensure a safe walkway for its customers.
Myron contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about cracking brick underneath the car port of his home where a small storage space was located. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Myron to go over the best solution to fix the cracking brick. Chris found that part of the car port slab that had the small storage area had started to sink, causing the area to start to crack. Our crew, led by George Herring, used our PolyLevel Injection System to raise the slab of the car port causing the bricks to come back together. Myron is extremely happy with the work and the fix to his rental home in Jacksonville, NC.
Jeff contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because part of his porch had started to sink and wanted to know if the PolyLevel System would raise his porch back to the original setting. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon met with Jeff to go over the porch of the home. Brannon found that the porch had started to sink due to settling and that we would stabilize and raise the porch back with the PolyLevel System. Jeff is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his American Dream.
Dorothy called us concerning her sinking porch. She wanted to know if it could be fixed. We could indeed help Dorothy with her porch. Our crew led by George Herring was able to raise the concrete porch to sit level with the brick out skirting one again. Dorothy is now happy to have her porch looking beautiful once again thanks to the PolyLevel System.
