James contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about the concrete in the driveway had sunken. Our crew installed the Polylevel System to raise and level the concrete. We also installed the Nexus Pro System to fill in the crack in the driveway. James is thrilled with the work to his home.
Our team used PolyLevel to lift this customers sunken garage floor.
This sunken concrete slab was repaired and leveled using our PolyLEVEL concrete repair system.
Soil erosion caused this slab to sink into the ground, crack, and become uneven. To lift, level, and stabilize the slab, we used our PolyLevel System! Leveling a slab with Polylevel involves injecting a specialized polyurethane foam beneath the sunken or uneven concrete slab. This foam expands and hardens, lifting the slab back to its original, level position. The process begins with drilling small holes into the slab, through which the Polylevel foam is injected. As the foam expands, it fills voids and raises the slab, effectively eliminating any unevenness. Once the slab is leveled, the holes are patched, and the surface is ready for use. This method is quick, minimally invasive, and provides a stable, long-lasting solution for uneven concrete surfaces.
