Concrete Repair Photo Album: Concrete Driveway Leveling and Repair in Carolina Shores, NC
Our office received a call from a Carolina Shores, NC homeowner after he saw a Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair commercial for concrete repair. He decided to contact our office for assistance. We scheduled a free assessment and quote with a member of our concrete repair team in order to determine the most effective course of action.
The customer's driveway had an uneven and cracked concrete surface with a sunken trench drain. This occurred as a result of soil washout. The most common cause of sunken concrete is erosion. Erosion washes away the soil that was under the concrete slab, leaving a void under your driveway. Whenever the soil has been washed away from your driveway, it may begin sinking.
Based on the assessment, we determined that injecting PolyLevel foam to lift, stabilize, and level the concrete to its original position was the most efficient solution to this customer's problem. A reliable TrenchDrain system would be installed in place of the existing trench drain, since it was no longer working to its full potential. Using NexusPro Sealant, cracks along the newly installed drain system were filled.
The homeowner was very happy with the outcome of his driveway leveling and repair project. Check out what he had to say!
