Sagging Floors Corrected in Wrightsville Beach, NC

Challenge

Carolyn called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about sagging floors in her home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Carolyn to go over how we could fix the sagging floors with our Smart Jack System. Our crew lead by Anthony Futrell installed 14 Smart Jacks and 96 foot of supplemental beam. Carolyn is happy not having any more sagging floors.
