Larry, a design specialist for SEFR, inspected the home.  After the inspection, Larry proposed to Jim that having his crawlspace encapsulated would help with the water issue and keep it dry and clean. Jim didn't hesitate on moving forward with the project.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help get rid of the mold in Dorothea's crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and spraying the mold with Mold-X. By sealing off the crawl space and spraying the Mold-X we are able to stop mold in it tracks and to prevent it in the future by getting rid of the elements that cause mold in the first place.

The CleanSpace Encapsulation System seals off the crawl space from the outside elements and the earth's ground.
