Dorothea contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting the crawl space of her home to have a restoration with a moisture barrier, sub-floor replacement to get rid of mold growth. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help get rid of the mold in Dorothea's crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and spraying the mold with Mold-X. By sealing off the crawl space and spraying the Mold-X we are able to stop mold in it tracks and to prevent it in the future by getting rid of the elements that cause mold in the first place.
Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Patrica by replacing her dirty vapor barrier to a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System seals off the crawl space from the outside elements and the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to keep out dirt, water vapor and other hazardous things in the crawl space of the home.

Linda contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after suffering damage during Hurricane Matthew. The crawl space had been flooded and now the mold and mildew smell in the crawl space lingers throughout the home. She had a previous vapor barrier installed but did nothing to protect the home against the water sustained during the hurricane. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Linda with her problems by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System lowers the humidity in the crawl space to under 55% relative humidity eliminating mold spores and odors that create a unhealthy environment. Linda is trilled with the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to make the crawl space of the home a happy and healthy area.
