Mr. Keith contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with issues of standing water and moisture in his crawl space at his home in Linden, NC. One of our design specialists, Mr. Justin went out to inspect the crawl space and give him a proposal. After the inspection, Justin met with Keith to go over what he proposed as the best solution for the crawl space, which is to have the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

Our crew led by EJ, went in and installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and 20 mil Liner, SilverGlo and Rim Joist Insulation, Wrap Piers, Seal Vents, Sani Dry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Lawnscape Outlet and Discharge Line to prevent standing water and control the moisture.

Norman contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after discovering mold in the crawl space during a home inspector preparing for the sale of his home in Kenly, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Todd met with Norman to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for his problem. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, by sealing off the crawl space we can lower the relative humidity to under 55% where mold can not thrive. Ricky contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with hanging insulation in the crawl space of his home in Kenly, NC. Over the years he had noticed that the insulation had started to fall, he had also noticed that anytime he went under the home the ground always seemed damp. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Ricky to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for his problems. Our crew removed the old hanging insulation and sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. Ricky's problems where coming from the earth's ground and by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to seal the crawl space from the moisture issues that caused the problem of the hanging insulation. The homeowner of this home was concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space even though the crawl space had a vapor barrier installed. Alice contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after noticing that the crawl space was damp, but wasn't sure if there was any mold or wood rot at the time.

We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek  to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space. After speaking with Alice showing her the condition of her crawl space, Derek proposed mold remediation and to encapsulate to help the homeowner keep the moisture and mold out of the crawl space.

Our crew led by Kevin, first they started off by removing the old insulation that was soaked with moisture and then treated for the mold . Next, they installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels transferring the insulation barrier to the outer parts of the crawl space. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner along with a Sedona Dehumidifier and a Smart Sump to help keep the crawl space free of moisture.
