John contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues of his Southport, NC home after having a home inspection that suggested having a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben met with John to go over the crawl space of the home to find the best solution for his issues.
Ben found that most of John's moisture issues were coming from the earth's ground and that the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By encapsulating the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair can help the homeowner lower the relative humidity and keep the moisture out of the crawl space.
John is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his American Dream.
The crawl space under this customers porch was in need of some TLC. Our team carefully removed the debris and sealed the space using our CleanSpace vapor barrier system to prevent moisture intrusion and mold growth.
Linda contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concern about unlevel floors that creek at her home in Southport, NC.
SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Brannon, to go an inspect the home. After inspection, Brannon proposed to Linda that having an encapsulation would help control the moisture which is causing her floors to be unlevel and creek.
Our crew led by EJ, started the project by removing the insulation and debris, next they sealed all the vents and installed 10 mil Cleanspace liner, wrap piers, Silverglo insulation, Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, and a condensation pump. This system will help control the moisture.
Linda was very happy with the work SEFR did to help Protect their American Dream.
The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier works by drawing in moist air from the surrounding environment, passing it through a series of refrigeration coils to condense the moisture, and then expelling the dry air back into the space. This process effectively reduces humidity levels, preventing mold growth and maintaining a healthy indoor environment.
