Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Adrian contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with high moisture levels and falling insulation within the crawl space of the home.  

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Adrian to go over the crawl space and find the best solution to fix the home. 

Andy found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal out the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and from the earth's ground.

Water intrusion was a problem for this customer due to a poorly sealed crawl space. We completely encapsulated the crawl space, making sure it was completely sealed. This will prevent leaks from occurring in the future. During this process, a SmartSump crawl space sump pump system was installed. If there is a leak in a pipe or water enters the crawl space, the sump system will remove it. 

Moisture in the crawl space led to sagging floors above. To permanently stabilize and level the floor, we installed our SmartJack Support System. 

This beach house in Oak Island, NC was experiencing high moisture levels. Without CleanSpace System we where able to bring the moisture level down to a healthy level to prevent mold and mildew from thriving under this home.
