Cleaning up a Crawl Space in Willard, NC

Challenge

Bryan contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after talking with his neighbor when he had his crawl space encapsulated by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair. Bryan had noticed that some of the insulation in his crawl space had started to fall, and that he had debris like old pallets, old siding, and old plastic vapor barrier liner littered the crawl space floor. Bryan knew he wanted the crawl space to be cleaned up and a new vapor barrier installed.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Bryan to go over the crawl space of the home. Graham found that the old vapor barrier plastic that had previously been installed had started to denigrate and was no keeping any moisture from entering the crawl space. Our crew cleaned the crawl space of the various debris and installed the CleanSpacce Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to prevent moisture in the crawl space from entering though the earth's ground. Bryan is thrilled with the results Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to clean and fix the crawl space of his home.
