Encapsulation System in Hubert, NC

Challenge

Ed contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high humidity levels in the crawl space of his home in Hubert, NC. Our inspector Ben Daniels met with Ed to go over the crawl space of the home. Ben found that Ed had some serious water issues along the foundation walls of the crawl space. By having standing water not only can it cause problems with things like wood rot and mold but over time the water could wash away the dirt under the foundation.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to redirect the water from the crawl space to a sump pump system that pumps the water out from underneath the crawl space liner. We also installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo Insulation Panels and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry. Ed is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to protect the crawl space of his home.
