Cleanspace Encapsulation in Pikeville, NC
Challenge
James was having moisture issues at his home which was 1354 sq ft. The high humidity in his crawlspace was causing mold growth along with high moisture in the wood and the beginning signs of wood rot were present. Danny's wife has had allergy issues and may be coming from the present mold. There was also debris scattered throughout the crawlspace.
Solution
Mold X spray was applied throughout the crawlspace in order to remove all mold that was present. Production then proceeded to remove all debris, install a SmartSump with discharge line and Lawnscape outlet, apply 20 mil CleanSpace to the ground, SilverGlo on the foundation walls, wrapped 9 piers with 10 mil CleanSpace, sealed 8 vents with SilverGlo and spray foam, custom crawl door and lastly installed our SaniDry Sedona to condition the crawlspace air, lower humidity and filter out any airborne mold spores.
