The crawl space of the home had started the beginning signs of wood rot, and mold had already grown severely. The floor insulation was deteriorated, sagging and falling and water was seeping through the foundation walls.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Mike Varano met with John to go over the crawl space of his home. Mike found the indeed the crawl space that the crawl space had started seeing wood damage. Mike explained why those problems existed in John’s home and suggested we install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to prevent further damage to the wood structure of the home.
Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System using CleanSpace Drainage Matting which is placed directly under the liner allowing water that has entered the crawl space to drain directly to the sump pump system, CleanSpace Liner to protect from water entering the crawl space of the home, SilverGlo Insulation Panels to insulate the crawl space of the home, a SmartSump to pump out any water that makes its way into the crawl space under the liner, and a SaniDry Sedona to get any moisture out of the crawl space and dump directly into the sump pump system. Clean, dry air will circulate around the crawl space and dry out the wood structure of the home.
