Fixing Bouncy Floors, Moisture, and Mold Problems in Fayetteville, NC

Challenge

Mr. James contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about bounce floors, moisture, and mold issues at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair scheduled for one of our design specialist, Mr. Patrick Hannigan to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation.

After speaking with Mr. James and showing him what was found during the inspection, Mr. Patrick proposed Mold X Remediation for the mold issue, CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the bouncy floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Solution

Our crew lead by Pedro Mateo, first went in and done the Mold X remediation, and then installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Repair System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair can address the issues of the bounce floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.
