Challenge
Single family residence in Pembroke, NC built in 1950 on a 1700 square foot crawlspace foundation. Foundation was constructed on concrete blocks with interior concrete columns.
Homeowners noticed settling inside of home and extensive mold and rot issues in crawlspace. They had consulted with several contractors to assess problems, all with outrageous prices and no long term solutions.

Sub floor was replaced. 20 Mil Clean Space liner, Silverglo and Sanidry CX dehumidifier were installed to create controlled environment of humidity levels to prevent future wood rot and mold growth.
Entire project was completed in 2 weeks. Both homeowners have suffered with extensive sickness from allergies and were overwhelmed with happiness with the new system and floor replacement. Floors are raised back to level position and a clean air environment for their home.
