Crawlspace Repair in Holly Ridge, NC

Challenge

Jack contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of standing water in the crawlspace at his home in Holly Ridge, NC.

Solution

This crawlspace is below grade, it is 2.5ft tall with plenty of room. It is only 1,000sf, but there is 4 inches of water throughout the entire crawlspace, and the homeowner says he can remember it getting like that for the last 30 years. So with that in mind, we installed and ran some pumps to get the water draining out of there. We installed EZ Flow not just around the entire perimeter but also back down the middle and 2 Supersumps one on each side of the crawlspace hooked up to the EZ Flow. 6 piers to wrap and the wall piers. Installed a Turtl where the door is. All sides of the house have obstructions with there being a ton of concrete on the front, a garage on the leftside, and a bunch of decks and platforms on the back, so both the discharge lines need to be ran out the right side of the house and then across the dirt driveway and over into the side yard.
