Protecting the Crawl Space in Clinton, NC

Challenge

Danny contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair having moisture issues in the crawl space of his Clinton, NC home. The home sat close to a small lake that had caused the crawl space to having to have moisture problems due to having a higher then normal water table. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Jesse met with Danny to go over the crawl space of the home. Jesse found the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

Solution

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair crew lead by Liovardo, started the encapsulation project by first clearing the crawl space from any debris in the crawl space. Next, they installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the foundation walls, wrapped the piers in the crawl space and installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting as an added protection against water. They then installed the CleanSpace Liner on top the the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and added a Smart Sump Sump Pump System along with a Sedona Dehumidifier System.
