CleanSpace Crawl Space in Rocky Point, NC
Challenge
Mr. S called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in March 2016 to set an appointment for an inspector to visit his home for an inspection. He stated that he was experiencing standing water in this crawl space along with sagging insulation.
Solution
Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson visited Mr. S home. Mr. Johnson recommended that we install our CleanSpace system in the crawl space of the home. With the CleanSpace system he recommended our CleanSpace Drainage Matting to help combat any water that might work its way into the crawl space, our CleanSpace 10 mil liner to do a full encapsulation of the crawl space, our SilverGlo to insulate the crawl space, a SaniDry CX dehumidification system to help keep the area free of moisture and our SmartSump system to pump ou any water that might get into the crawl space. After completion of the crawl space Mr. S is excited to have a clean, healthy and dry crawl space.
