Challenge
Jason and Angela called Southeast because they where interested in having their crawl space encapsulated and wanted a general inspection of the crawl space.
Solution
Inspector Randy Johnson met with Jason and Angela to go over the the crawl space for any problems that they were seeing. Upon further inspection Randy discovered that the crawl space had a high moisture reading along with the piers of the home were starting to give away due to the home settling. Randy suggested to have the crawl space encapsulated to combat the high moisture level along with 8 Smart Jacks to stabilize the home. Jason and Angela are happy to have a healthier, safer, and more stabilized home.
