Crawl Space Encapsulation with CleanSpace in Wilmington, NC

Challenge

Arlene contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair requesting a crawl space inspection as she was unable to get under the home herself. She was not sure if the had mold or water under the home and was concerned for her health.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Arlene for her crawl space inspection and to go over the results. Arlene had a lot of debris under the home along with falling insulation which was a cause of concern for high moisture levels. Our crew let my Jason Hines installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System after removing debris from the crawl space. The crawl space was encapsulated with our CleanSpace 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SaniDry CX, SmartSump and a Custom Door. Arlene and both happy and thankful for the hard work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to make her home a healthy one.
