Clarence contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about standing water under his home that was causing the insulation to soak up the moisutre and fall along with mold growth on parts of the wood under the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Clarence to go over the best solution to dry out the crawl space and to get rid of the mold growth under the home. Our crew lead by Jason Hines installed out CleanSpace Encapsulation System using out 10 mil CleanSpace liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, EZ Flow, SaniDry CX, and a SmartSump. Clarence is happy to have a nice mold free, dry crawl space.
