Challenge

Danny contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after his termite compnay said he had to much moisture in the wood of his home even though he had a thin plastic vapor barrier down.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Danny to go over the best solution to bring down the high moisture level under the home. Danny and Graham agreed that our CleanSpace Encapsulation System would be the best solution sealing off the crawl space so that water and moisture could not enter. Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge encapsulated the crawl space using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SaniDry CX, and a SmartSump. Danny is happy with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair produced.
