Clean Crawl Space in Saint Pauls, NC

Challenge

Eric contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair looking to have an inspection of his crawl space as he was unsure of wood rot and mold due to standing water in the crawl space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Eric to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Our crew lead by Ricky Waren installed our encapsulation system using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SmartSump, SaniDry CX, and installed a Custom Built Door to the crawl space. Eric is thrilled with the results and plans to use Southeast Foundation in the future if he experiences any foundation issues.
