Challenge

Evertrue contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting some one to go out and see if her vapor barrier needed to be replaced. She had noticed mold and standing water under the home and wanted to make sure that her and her family was protected from what lurks in the crawl space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Evertrue to go over the vapor barrier she had installed and see if she would benefit from our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SmartSump, SaniDry CX along with spraying the home with our Mold-X Mold Neutralizer. Evertrue is happy to know that her and her family are safe from the creepy crawlies and mold that can creep into the crawl space.
