Challenge

Fletcher contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair due to high moisture level, sweating duct lines and the hardwood floors in the home was buckling.

Solution

Southeast Foundaiton and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Fletcher go see what they best way to fix the sweating duct line and to fix the hardwood floors of the home. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SaniDry CX, SmartSump and a custom door. With our system we were able to reverse the damage to the hardwood floors by removing water from the wood and the duct work no longer as sweating. Fletcher is extreamly happy with how the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was able to fix the home.
