Gary contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about sagging floor in the kitchen of his lovely home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Gary to go over the best solution to fix the homes floors. Graham found that the floors where sagging due to high moisture content and the wood had become soft due to it retaining the moisture. Two of out best crews worked on Gary home. Our first crew lead by Anthony Futrell installed our SmartJack System to stablize the floors of the home. The second crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to insure that this problem never occurred again. Gary is super happy to know that his home is not protected from the dangers that water could do to his home.
