Challenge

Gerald and his Wife Kathleen called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after seeing an ad in the local newpaper. Their concern was with the floors of the home and the falling insulation in the crawl space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Gerald and Kathleen to go over what the problem was and to find the best solution to fix the home. The problems to the home where caused by high moisture content in the crawl space which had made the wood keeping the floor level to become soft and give. Our crew lead by Jason Hines installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to control the moisture level in the crawl space. Gerald and Kathleen are happy with having their crawl space nice and dry. Their floor have now leveled back out after having the moisture removed from the wood.

BEFORE the crawl space had no liner just ground. The crawl space was experiencing high moisture levels and causing problem with the wood of the home.

BEFORE having the crawl space encapsulated the home had experienced falling insulation so the owner decided to have the insulation removed.

AFTER having our CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed using our 20 mil CleanSpace Liner and SilverGlo insulation on the walls of the crawl space.

AFTER SilverGlo insulation on the walls of the crawl space with our 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, our SmartSump and SaniDry CX installed.
