3 Smart Jacks and Clean Space installed in Hoffman, NC

Challenge

Jackie contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair conerned about parts of her floor that where starting to sag near where her refrigerator sits.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Jackie to see what the problem of the home could be for the floor to start sagging. Patrick foundaton that the home was experiencing a high level of moisture that had caused wood damage and that the best solution to fix the problem would be to replair the floor joist, add Smart Jacks and Supplemental Beam along with doing a full CleanSpace Encapsulation to the crawl space. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed 3 Smart Jacks in the crawl space by where the refrigerator sits, replaced the floor joist and did an CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. Jackie is happy she chose SEFR to the work to be done correctly!
